How do you know whether you need an aide or a nursing assistant? No matter your situation, a simple call to Align can help you figure out exactly what you or your loved one needs. We will help to identify your individual needs and wishes.
Following your discussion with ahome care specialist, an Align Care Coordinator will be sent to your home or hospital bedside to meet with you or your family, at your convenience. The Care Coordinator will ensure we address all of your safety, medical and social needs.
Together, you and the Align Care Coordinator will determine the number of service hours, days, and duties that best suit your unique needs.
